SHANDONG HEZE YUHUANG CHEMICAL CO., LTD 100kt/a CRUDE BENZENE HYDROFINING PROCESS PROJECT

The YuHuang company was eager to improve processing capacity, meanwhile solving problems following: high ratio of hydrogen and oil, the equipment easily coking, major production shortfall, production with poor quality, etc. By studying and analyze the original process system, the original 100kt/a crude benzene hydrogenating unit was going to expand into 150kt/a, with optimizing and technology upgrading.

This unit used the “low temperature continuous gas phase” crude benzene hydrogenating process and“NUHC-50”series of catalyst, which two technologies researched and developed independently by New-unity. Using this new process, the original unit has ability to process heavy benzene. Catalyst has advantage of removing alkene, S, N.

This unit has activated in Jul 2015, and all products qualities were compliant with national standards.

The calibration value:

 Purity:>99.9%, S<1ppm, N<1ppm,

non-aromatic hydrocarbon<500ppm,

 methylbenzene <500ppm.
